Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Dietetics and has over 20-years experience in food service in the senior living and hospitality industries. Wayne is the CEO and founder of Innovations Services, a food service training and consulting company to the restaurant, education and healthcare industries. Wayne has created fun and interesting, training videos, software for long term care, posters and cartoons for the food service industry and is the author of many books and articles about food service and innovative dining programs. Breanna is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian and a graduate of The Ohio State University, where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Rehabilitation Science. She specializes in food service management, menu development, and nutrient analysis. Her passion is in creating delicious, balanced, and diverse menus that cater to the unique needs and preferences of everyone. As an avid food enthusiast, Breanna enjoys bringing creativity to the table, whether it involves crafting meals for residents or experimenting with new flavors in her own kitchen at home.
